Do You Remember Bald Eagle Tavern?
Help a reader recall the name of a Commack tavern that was located on Jericho Turnpike.
A reader recently asked Patch if anyone recalls a bar called the Bald Eagle Tavern in Commack.
According to our reader, the spot was located on Jericho Tunrpike near what used to be Ruland Farm and a small factory. The bar may also have been called Black Eagle Tavern, they said.
We figured who better to ask than you, our readers. It is your town, after all.

I grew up in Commack and that name doesn't sound familiar to me, either. Where is Ruland Farm located?
