Ronni Tranes Named Among Top Real Estate Professionals in New York by REAL Trends

Ronni Tranes, a licensed associate broker affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Smithtown Regional office, was ranked among the top real estate professionals in New York. Tranes ranked No. 33 by REAL Trends based on transaction sides in 2012; she also ranked No. 166 based on sales volume.

To be considered by REAL Trends, individual agents had to close more than 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume. Sales teams had to close more than 75 transaction sides or $30 million in sales volume.

After graduating from Queens College with a degree in education, Tranes switched career paths and entered the real estate profession in 1983, concentrating on residential sales in the Huntington and Smithtown areas. She has been recognized with numerous branch and company-wide sales awards throughout her 30-year career. She has been trained as a Previews Property Specialist and E-Certified Sales Agent.
