Commack Memorial Day Parade
The Elwood-Commack Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #9263 will host its annual Memorial Day Parade down Jericho Turnpike Monday at 10 a.m. The parade will start at the Home Depot parking lot at Larkfield Road and Jericho Turnpike and proceed east on Jericho Turnpike to Veterans Site at the intersection of Jericho Turnpike and Veterans Highway.

The One Fund Boston Memorial Day Tournament
Suffolk County Hockey Leagues, along with all their sponsors, are hosting a Memorial Day Hockey Tournament May 27 beginning at 9 a.m. at The Rinx in Hauppauge for Skate for Boston - The One Fund Boston Foundation. The OneFund Boston, Inc. was created to help the people most affected by the tragic events that occurred at the Boston Marathon. resented by the Suffolk County Hockey League, $5 admission, children younger than 12 are FREE.

Kings Park Memorial Day Parade
The parade kicks off at 9 a.m. at RJO Middle School, heading west on Old Dock and then to Main Street, ending at Veterans Plaza where a flag ceremony is held. The parade is sponsored by the American Legion Donald C. Munro Post 944.

Memorial Day Ceremony in Islandia Saturday
The Village of Islandia will hold a Memorial ceremony this Saturday to honor fallen heroes of war. The ceremony will take place at 10 a.m.  at the Islandia Memorial Triangle located at the corner of Old Nichols Road and Johnson Avenue.

Smithtown Memorial Day Parade
Starts at noon beginning on Singer Lane and ending at Town Hall on Main Street. 

St. James Memorial Day Parade
Starts at 10 a.m. beginning at Lake Avenue and Woodlawn Avenue and ending at St. James Elementary School.
