Commack Methodist Thrift Shop hosts bag sale and Kings Park Farmers Market opens.

 

$5 Bag Sale
Hunt for a bargain at the Commack Methodist Thrift Shop's $5 Bag Sale on Saturday from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. It's just $5 for all the clothing you can throw in a brown paper bag.  


Enjoy live music on the streets as Musical Moments in Kings Parks kicks off 7:30 p.m. at Russ Savatt Park, weather permitting. Performing will be The Acoustic 6, who play soft acoustic rock from The Beatles to Carrie Underwood. Bring a seat. 


The Smithtown Performing Arts Center presents their performance of the comedy Avenue Q, about a recent college graduate named Princeton who is trying to find his way in New York. Performances are 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Tickets are $45.


Join nature lovers for a morning of Bagels and Bird Banding at the Sweetbriar Nature Center in Smithtown, from 6 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. Adults and children age 12 and over can learn from scientists how they band and study songbirds. Cost $5 member, $6 non-members. 


Don't miss your opportunity to buy fresh product, baked goods and items straight from the source as Kings Park Farmers Market opens for the season this Sunday, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m., across from Kings Park Fire Department.

i believe the best way to locate your teacher is through the commack teachers association (cta).Read More contact the union president, tris stewart, and write a short note. include all the contact information you're comfortable with and wait a bit? 33 years is a long time. good luck.
