Check out what's going on this weekend in Commack from Relay for LIfe to Storybook Bingo.

 


Join with others in the fight against cancer int he first Commack Relay for Life at 6 p.m. Friday at . Celebrations start with a survivor meet up at 6 p.m. followed by the ceremonial first lap at  7 p.m. Show your support by walking or being there to cheer on those who are participating. 


Grab your family and head out to watch a local theatre production as the Smithtown Center for the Performing Arts performs Avenue Q, a comedy about a recent college graduate trying to find his way after moving into a shabby New York City apartment. Tickets are $45.

Upper Nissequogue Walk
Take the Long Island Trail from Smithtown through a red maple swamp, along McKinley Marsh and into Hidden Pond Park, tracing the Nissequogue watershed to its source; muddy footing possible; rain cancels; meet at Hidden Pond Park parking lot near The Rinx. Saturday 9:30 a.m.


Join the  for a unique game of bingo with Storybook Bingo for children in grades kindergarten through second grade at 3 p.m. Saturday. No registration is required, its first-come, first-served basis.

Head over to the Smithtown Township Arts Council on Friday, Saturday or Sunday for the 32nd Annual Juried Photography Showcase. The gallery opens Friday at 10 a.m., and Saturday and Sunday at noon.
