5 Library Events Happening This Week

Many library programs are free or inexpensive.

1. Events, Issues and Viewpoints: This current events forum is designed to keep residents well informed on critical current issues. The group will meet on Tuesday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at to discuss this question: Is our government broken, and how can it be fixed? 

2. : Toddlers are invited to the at 10: 30 a.m. Tuesday for a special story time. Siblings are welcome to join.

3. Stretch and Strengthen: Adults are invited to the on Wednesday from 3:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. to do light exercises which are designed to improve balance and joint flexibility.

4. : Try a new kind of bingo, geared toward kids in grades K-2. The fun starts at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday at the Commack branch of the Smithtown Library.

5. : Interested in some morning yoga? Sign up for a 4-week introduction course with instructor Jean. Classes are held every Friday at 10 a.m. at the Commack branch of the Smithtown Library. In-person registration is required.
