#65 - Order An Over-Stuffed Sandwich At Pastrami & Friends

Come hungry, because the sandwiches are huge.

The end of summer means no more bathing suits, no more dainty meals, and no reason not to chow down on hearty, cold-weather food. No self-respecting Commack resident would suffer the impending chilly months without a full stomach, and one of the best places to do that in town is at Pastrami & Friends.

Located in the Meat Farms shopping center with and , brings the iconic tastes of a Brooklyn deli to the eastern half of Long Island. That includes cured meats like corned beef and pastrami, Kosher staples that include matzo ball soup and potato knishes, as well as selections for the more adventurous: tongue polanaise, fried kreplach, and chopped liver.
