Going to the movies can be an easy, impulsive and enjoyable way to spend a night. But with ticket prices easily eclipsing $10 and only getting more expensive, a trip to the local cinemas is not as affordable as it once was.
Head to the Commack Multiplex on Tuesdays, though, and you might you just got out of a Delorean with Marty McFly. That's because Commack residents get to enjoy today's movies at 1990s prices every Tuesday at the with Bargain Tuesdays.
Each Tuesday at the multiplex, located near Target, Costco, and the recently opened Shop Rite, every seat in every theater for every showing is $6. No coupons, no age requirements, no gimmicks -- just come to the movies, and pay just over half price for a ticket. That leaves extra money for theater essentials, like popcorn, soda, and any of the candy for sale from the concession stand.
The Multiplex's movies and showtimes are available to view online, and the theater can be contacted for further details at 800-315-4000.
Season: Year-round, every Thursday
Note: Discounts for senior citizens are also available
Stay tuned for #65, and if you missed #67.
