April 26: $2 Tuesdays, Children's Storytime and High School Art Showcase

When the older kids go back to school today, take your pre-schooler to storytime at Barnes and Noble.

To kickstart your Tuesday, here's some information you'll need to know on where you can take you toddler for a fun morning activity, which local bar is offering the best happy hour specials after work and where you can voice your opinion on the Commack district's budget.

1. : Come cheer on the boy's lacrosse team as they take on Patchogue-Medford. The game happens at and starts at 4:30 p.m.

2. : Head down to tonight, where every Tuesday they offer up food and drink specials—all with a $2 price tag.

3.: Take your little one to the Barnes and Noble at Smith Haven Mall for children's story time. Kids can also sing songs and make crafts. The fun begins at 10 a.m.

4. High Arts Showcase: The artwork of ten Commack High School juniors and seniors has been chosen for a showing at the Huntington Arts Council's Art-trium. Come see what these students have created.
