Charity Raffle Bag Missing

The prizes were taken from the restaurant, the head of the fundraiser said.

The contents of a raffle bag to support a non-profit focused on helping people with special needs, went missing from Anthony's Coal-Fired Pizza of Commack last week, according to the woman running the fundraiser.

Stacey Astachovsky had been running a fundraiser the Italian restaurant, where customers could contribute to Pop Earth, a non-profit dedicated to developing programs for people with special needs every Monday in November.

However, she said that a hostess at the restaurant told her last Monday that the contents of the bag had been taken from the restaurant.

A police report was not filed.
