Commack Native, Celebrity Chef Returns to Showcase Signature Dish

Commack native, Adam Gertler, a finalist on season four of The Next Food Network Star and host of Destination America’s Last Call Food Brawl, launched his signature line of sausage, Gertler's Wurst at the Holbrook Costco Sunday.

Gertler created four custom sausages, including the Original Pastrami Dog featured on the Emmy-winning Food Network Show, “Best Thing I Ever Made.”

Gertler's Wurst took first prize at the 2013 Pasadena Street Food Fair.

The local Costco visit is just one of several Gertler will be making while touring Costco’s throughout the country, cooking and making personal appearances.
