Dec. 16 is School Board, Town Board and Latin Thursday

The last meetings of the year will take place tonight, a week before Christmas. Have you entered ? If not, e-mail victoria@patch.com to submit before Dec. 19. We're also interested in learning what you're thankful for this holiday, so e-mail those submissions as well. 

1. School Board:  will meet at 7:30 p.m. at Commack High School's little theatre to discuss budgeting and other issues. 

2. Town Board: The  will meet at 7 p.m. at the Senior Center to discuss issues and hear issues presented by town members. 

3. : An evening of dancing and dinner at the new Latin-fusion restaurant in Commack, beginning at 7 p.m. 

4. : The Ward Melville Heritage Organization holds a daily, free exhibition of Norman Rockwell artwork, open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

5. : A weekly event, Senior Shape-Up – on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. –allows adults to enjoy low-intensity cardio exercises, mixed with toning and flexibility work. Senior coupons can be used for these classes, more information on this can be found at the JCC.
