Get Fit: Resistance Bands Allow for on-the-go Training

These bands allow Azoulay to complete over 500 exercises, are light-weight and cost about $15.

These exercises are easy, can be done with or without a partner and require one inexpensive resistance band – which can be purchased at a local sporting goods store for about $15. I have a few different resistance bands that vary in weight and resistance.

You can do approx 500 different exercises with these bands and they can work any and every body part. They are great for someone who is short on time and space as they can be used in an office, on a lunch break, or in a hotel room when traveling . They are also good for the busy Mom who can't seem to get out to the gym.

Joanne Azoulay is licensed by the American and International Fitness Associations as a personal fitness trainer, aerobic instructor and in sports nutrition. She is also a second-degree black belt in Shotokan karate and is certified by the American Red Cross in CPR and defibrillation. She is a personal trainer and offers private sessions.
