June 13: Blood Drive and Story Time

1. : The Commack-Kings Park Rotary Club is hosting their semi-annual blood drive at Kings Park High School from 2:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. Head down and donate.

2. : As a way of thanking their customers, Nisen is offering 15 percent off select menu items every Monday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

3. : In honor of the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11 tragedies, the district is selling American flags with commemorative yellow ribbons. Businesses and residents can purchase a flag for $25, which will be displayed in September.

4. : Take your little one and their favorite stuffed animal for a 7:00 p.m. story time at the . No registration is required, and pajamas are encouraged.

5. :  Resident Renate Leeds will be showcasing her digital artwork at the Commack Public Library throughout the month of June.
