March 18: Show Support for St. Baldrick's

Happy Friday, folks. Hope your feeling well after your St. Paddy's day festivities, and if not, we wish you a speedy recovery. Luckily, the work week is winding down.

Welcome the weekend with one of these nearby events:

1. : Stop by at 3:30 p.m. and support the brave sould who are shaving their heads to raise money for childhood cancer. And don't forget to check out our interview with teacher Jennifer Siebert, who will be the first female to shave her head for the event.

2. : For some free fun, visit the , where from 6:30 to 9 p.m. they'll be hosting a Wii video game tournament. Pizza will be served for dinner. This event is open to grades 3 through 6.

3. : Spend your Friday night at Commack Lanes for  Xtreme Bowling, which takes place every Friday and Saturday night starting at 6 p.m.
