One day after federal agents raided Smithtown area 7-Elevens, shutting one of them down after their owners were arrested on charges of employer abuse, the Terry Road location was back open Tuesday as the corporation took over operations.

Two Children Injured in Route 111 Crash

Three people were injured in Tuesday's accident on Route 111; one adult and two young children.

Suffolk County police said a truck and SUV collided on Route 111 in Smithtown, south of the Village Center shopping plaza, at 9:34 a.m.

A helicopter was called in to transport those seriously injured to Stony Brook Hospital.
