The Police Surgeons Car Show was held Sunday at St. Anthony's High School, drawing car enthusiasts of all ages out on a sunny day for a good cause.

Sponsored by the Centurion Cruisers Car Club, a Merrick-based organization, its members are active or retired from Nassau, Suffolk, New York City, New York State Police, Courts, or Corrections officers or other agencies who own or have an interest in collectible cars. The event was held in the memory of Suffolk County Police Officer Glen Ciano.

The proceeds of Sunday's event were to benefit New York City Police Sgt Patrick Divers and Nassau County Police Officers Arthur Lopez and Joseph Olivieri, according to the organization's website.

The judged show featured swap meet vendors, entertainment, food vendors, and more, raffle drawing for $10,000 cash prize.
