Summer has officially arrived on Long Island, and it's packing a punch. 

The first two days of summer have arrived with temperatures in the 90s, sending many of us running for the pools, beaches and some tasty frozen treats. 

There are dozens of ways to beat the heat, but we'd love to see your favorite way of staying cool. Show us your pictures of the first days of summer, that first dip in the pool or visit to the beach. 

Here are a few simple steps you need to follow. Then you'll be able to upload photos, announcements, events and comment on stories.
