Shelter Animal of the Week

This week's shelter animal comes from Little Shelter of Huntington, where a calico named Becky is hoping to be adopted.

Becky is a beautiful adult calico who has been living at Little Shelter for several years, and has been so overlooked due to her quiet nature.  Though she is quiet, shelter staff say that she loves people and seeks their attention.  She is a little nervous when picked up, so she can only be held for short periods of time.  Still, Becky loves being pet and brushed, and is constantly waiting for someone to walk through the door to take her home.

Becky is spayed, up-to-date with her routine shots, and is already house trained.

To inquire about Becky, or other cats at this shelter, Little Shelter can be reached at 631-268-8770 ext. 215, or stop by in person at 33 Warner Road, Huntington.
