Shelter Animal of the Week: Meet Bryant

Consider adopting Bryant, a young and energetic pit bull mix.

Do you have a warm, comfy home that you would like to share with a furry, four-legged roommate? Consider adding Bryant, a gorgeous brindle pit bull mix, to your family.

Bryant was found wandering the streets when he was picked him up and brought to the Town of Huntington Animal Shelter, where the is searching to place him with the right owner. At 4-years-old, Bryant is a sweet, high-energy boy who has many years ahead of him. Though he is energetic, he would be happy to spend his nights in a doggy bed watching television with his future owner.

This pooch still needs to continue his behavior training, so he would do well with an experienced dog owner who could help him refine his manners and work on his leash skills. He is very smart, so he is quick to learn different skills and tricks. The perfect home for Bryant would be one without other dogs or cats. Since he is strong, he would do best in a home without small children.
