Let's hope the Commack School District wants to keep this historic place! We need to get creative to keep it with us. This was the start in Commack. We should not let it go for a "few bucks" now when it will surely be worth plenty more in the future. Hey, look at all we "lost" when we sold Green Fields and Green Meadows too soon! No more mistakes, Commack!

Let the people enjoy a piece of real history of Commack,N.Y.My family lived this town of Commack for many years.I am William Horn.I was born in Commack in 1939 across from Modells Mall,Brindley Field Barracks. My father,Edward Horn worked for Johnny Carll in the 1920's.My sister,Mary Pabo, was born on that same farm. She resides in Northport for more than 40 plus years. My brother Henry Horn,in the 1950's,was a Captain in Commack Fire Department. The old house across from Modell's still stands today. We can preserve historical landmarks all over the world and the U.S.how about this farm, not someones parking lot or a damned mall.
