Winter Farmers Market

The Suffolk Y JCC in Commack is now home to a winter farmers market. Regional producers offer fresh products including vegetables, herbs, fruits, honey, jams, baked goods and cheeses among other products. The market is open from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Sundays.

FAME The Musical

Fame the Musical is the inspiration story of a diverse group of talented students studying at the New York School of the Performing Arts during the early 1980s. The show explores issues such as prejudice, identity, self-worth, literacy, sexuality, drug abuse and perseverance. The highs and lows are too much for some but the kids' determination to find greatness shines through. Tickets are $20 each. Shows are Friday and Sat at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 3 p.m., at the  SoLuna Studio, 659 Old Willets Path, Hauppauge.

Caleb Smith Park- Fun for Kids

Learn how seals live and migrate through creative games and activities at Caleb Smith State Park, 581 W Jericho Tpke, Smithtown. Event takes place Saturday from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m.

I Love The 80's Nite Celebration

You don't have to be a Bratpacker or a member of The Breakfast Club to celebrate I LOVE THE 80's Nite at Main St. Pub. Enjoy the sights, sounds and tastes of the 80's. DJ Tony will be spinning your favorite 80's classics 9pm-1am. He may even break out his dual cassette player n rock some cassette-singles.Main Street Pub, Sat. 8 p.m.
