Crooked Hill Road ShopRite Set to Open in 2011

Home Depot's former EXPO store is currently being renovated and transformed into a 70,000+ square foot ShopRite, spokesperson said.

ShopRite will  become the largest supermarket in Suffolk County, taking the place of the Home Depot EXPO design center on Crooked Hill road as of early 2011, with a florist, bakery and extensive kosher and natural food section, according to ShopRite and RIPCO Real Estate

The Greenfield family, owners of this location, also own several other Nassau county ShopRites, Liz Loeb, spokesperson for Shop Rite said.

"It is going to be a 72,000 square foot facility. The largest supermarket in Suffolk County," Jeremy Isaacs, broker RIPO Real Estate, said. Isaacs said the Greenfield family is renting the property from Peter and Michael Cosentino.
