It is very nice to increase commerce in Commack and fill the empty stores, but the Landlord of the Dick's location is not willing to play along by not re-opening the fence between the 6080 building and there lot. This has been an open passageway for over the 20 plus yrs. I've walked thru it. This hampers commerce, why?

Just what we need ANOTHER sporting goods store! Hope Modells can continue to survive the competition or we'll have a DIFFERENT boarded up business.

LINANA. Its good to move the boarded up business around, this way it dosen't become a perpetual eyesore.New store "grand opening sales", different line of goods and a kick a-- line of golf equipment, as opposed to hoodies and sneakers at Modells. After Modells goes down, maybe Home Depot will expand, or (God forbid) a new Hess gas and convienience store can take its place. At any rate, its good for the construction industry, which is in near depression in this economy.

Dr Mitch, to get that answer we will need an MRI a couple of x-rays, a sonogram and a full GI series. In the meantime, take two asprins and call me in the morning.
