is a new upscale restaurant in Smithtown that is opening in late November at the former site of Boulder Creek.

In addition to steak, they will also be featuring sushi, and they are looking to hire sushi chefs and sushi assistants. Chefs and assistants are responsible for preparing quality items at the sushi station, and should have knowledge of American sushi trends and quality fish vendors.
