The former printing shop on Commack Road has been sold and will soon be turned into the newest local office building.
Sabre Real Estate Group announced it has arranged for the sale of the long vacant Short Stop Printing and Dairy Barn on Commack Road to G-Men Properties, a real estate investment firm associated with the Gentile family, who owns Adventureland amusement park in Farmingdale.
The will be renovated and turned into a modern office space.
The Dairy Barn, which occupies a 1,400-square-foot building next door, will be allowed to continue operating and become a tenant, according to a statement released by Sabre.
