Perfecto Mundo Gets New Executive Chef
Former sous chef Alex Cantu takes over the kitchen at the Latin Fusion eatery.
Alex Cantu has been named exectuive chef at Commack eatery.
Cantu previously served as sous chef at the , located in the Northgate Shopping Center.
He succeeds Steven Del Lima, who departed several months ago after launching the restaurant in September 2010.

Juan Carlos, formerly of Huntington's Black & Blue Seafood Chophouse, replaces Cantu as sous chef.
