Taco Bell, Pizza Hut Closed

Taco Bell and Pizza Hut Express on Jericho Turnpike in Commack are closed for repairs, according to a sign on the restaurant's door.

Long sheets of paper cover the windows of the fast food joint, that is located across from the Commack bowling alley.

The phone line at the restaurant is still in service, however no one at the business is picking up calls.

There is no indication so far of what repairs might be taking place, or if and when the restaurant will reopen.

The closure may be a good sign for Wendy's though, located directly next to Taco Bell. Several drivers were seen Thursday pulling into Wendy's drive-thru after realizing that there would be no tacos or pizzas served.
