Izumi serves up hibachi specials, sushi and traditional Japanese fare every day. For lunch, their 3-roll sushi platter can't be beat. Diners can choose from an array of fresh-made rolls, including more exotic options like peanut avocado and sweet potato rolls.

What's Inside: We chose the spicy tuna, salmon avocado, and yellowtail scallion rolls.
How's it taste: The fish is served chilled and extremely fresh. The spicy tuna roll is as flavorful as it is spicy, while the avocado and slamon paired together melt in your mouth. The yellowtail is the mildestt falvor of the tree, and the scallions offer a crunch.
Sides: All of Izumi's lunch specials come with a warm bowl of savory miso soup and a green salad with ginger dressing.
