The Tile Shop, the newest addition to the Cosentino Comerce Center, is open for business.
The store, located next to , officially opened its doors in late January.
The store will employ eight to 12 sales consultants as well as manager Bob Reichling, a 10-year veteran of the company.
In addition to serving professionals, The Tile Shop also helps do-it-yourselfers. Each week, the store hosts a free do-it-yourself class which is open to the public. Classes are held Saturdays at 9:30 a.m.
"Whether you are a first time tile D-I-Yer or tile professional, we're here to help. It's our job to help you transform your house into the home of your dreams," Reichling said in a statement.
This marks the chain's third location in New York, and its second on Long Island. The Tile Shop has a total of 56 stores nationwide.
