We've changed our open house column to bring attention to even more homes having open houses in Commack, according to the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island.  This week, there is a variety of ranches and colonials ranging in price from $325,000 - $549,000.

Jan. 11: 11 Harvard Lane.  This three-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom colonial with a combined living and dining room, as well as a patio and deck sold for $355,000.
