10 Place to Grab a Drink With Friends

The Holiday Season is designed to put you in good spirits. Sometimes we want those spirits distilled though! For those occasions,  Patch brings you 10 places to grab a drink with friends over the holiday season.

1. – It's a sports bar with a great selection, loads of tvs, and the best wings you could ever hope to order.  It's the place to go to catch up with friends  while watching the game. 

2. The Lark- An overabundance of microbrews on tap, in this East Northport bar. If you like specialty beers, it's a close place that will gives you great options. Try the Ithaca Apricot if it's in. 

3. – Coming home from college and want to nosh on half price appetizers and two for one drinks after ten o'clock? Done and Done! 

4. Chili's – Yes, another chain like 'Bees but subtract the half price appetizers and add 2 for 1 all day long. It really depends on how early you want to grab a cheap drink(s). 

5. Nappertandy's – It's a Commack/Smithtown standby bar, with good drink specials, DJs, dancing, and live music. Check out the beer pong on Tuesday, and the wing night special on Wednesday  

6. Dublin Jacks- A small little dive in East Northport that, frankly, has its charm because it's a small little dive. A great place to hang out when you are looking for that  vibe. 

7. Fire and Ice Hookah Lounge – Not drinks, but if you're friends want to share a Hookah (Middle Eastern Tobacco Pipes) and Sheesha there is a wide variety of flavors to choose from.

8. Dave & Busters – A completely stereotypical boys place – video games and drinks, but inevitably when the girlfriends come along, everyone has a good time. 

9. -  Not just a place to grab food, there is a great happy hour that's quiet enough to talk to your group, but you don't feel like the only person at the bar. 

10. – Once a week this fantastic sushi restaurant has Zen Tuesdays, where drink specials, djs, and dancing abound. Definitely worth a look.
