Crimes Nearby: 3 Teens Mug Pizza Man at Knife Point

The Suffolk County and New York State Police Department reported the following arrests.

Northport

Brian Conboy, 36, of East Northport, was arrested in Huntington Station on April 13 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, second degree criminal contempt, and assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon after he struck a man in the head with a tire iron, sending him to the hospital with severe injuries. Conboy was also in violation of an order of protection.

Ashley Fransen, 21, of East Northport, was arrested in East Northport on April 20 and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fifth degree public criminal possession of marijuana.

Three Village

Colleen Dolan, 29, of Stony Brook, was arrested April 14 at Stony Brook University Medical Center and stands accused of acting in a manner that causes injury to children under age 17. According to reports, Dolan, who was intoxicated at the time she was arrested, was watching two one- and two-year-old children who were not her own at a home in St. James when she left them alone for more than three hours.

David Smith, 27, of Lake Grove, was arrested April 13 in Stony Brook and charged with first-offense DWI. According to reports, Smith was observed failing to maintain his lane on Route 25A at North Country Road at 3:43 a.m.

Andrew Morra, 32, of Stony Brook, was arrested April 15 in Holbrook and charged with first-offense DWI. According to reports, Morra was pulled over for speeding at 4:20 a.m. at Nicolls Road and CR-19, and was found to be intoxicated.

Suffolk County Police arrested three teens for allegedly mugging a Domino's pizza delivery driver at knifepoint on Sunday night and making off with his cash. Police said a Domino's delivery man brought an order of three pizzas to a Buxmont Lane home in Stony Brook around 9:00 p.m. After he knocked on the front door, police said, he was grabbed from behind and thrown to the ground. Two more men - one of whom police said was armed with a knife - reportedly joined in and demanded the pizza man's money. He complied and the three men fled with the cash and pizzas, police said. Police arrested two of the men on Monday and one on Tuesday evening. All three were charged with robbery in the first degree, a felony. Raymond Tomasicchio, 19, and Abhishek Sathiakumar, 17, both of Stony Brook, were arrested on Monday.Thomas Hynes, 18, of Coram, was arrested Tuesday. Police said the pizza delivery man, working from, was unharmed during the incident.

Scott Mangan, 43, of Brentwood, was charged with burglary. Police said Mangan was charged with illegally entering a  business at 1 Village Plaza without permission. According to police, Mangan kicked in the door, pulled up flooring, smashed mirrors and ripped wallpaper off the walls.

Kerry Wolf, 38, of Kings Park, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and petty larceny. Police said Wolf stole beer from Stop and Shop on Jericho Turnpike in Smithtown on April 14. On the same day police said Wolf was driving a 1994 Volvo and struck a 1998 Chevy and left the scene.

Chris Harbourne, 43, of Kings Park was charged with possession of marijuana. Police said that Harbourne was found to be in possession of marijuana on Aril 21 in Veterans Highway in Islandia.

Smithtown

Frank Hughes III, 24, of Centereach, was arrested in Smithtown on April 18 at 12:55 a.m. on first offense DWI charges. Reports state Hughes was arrested at the corner of Plymouth Boulevard and Route 25 for an incident that took place at Caleb Smith State Park Preserve where he was operating at 2002 Mitsubishi while intoxicated.

Kristine Oddo, 42, of Huntington, was arrested in Smithtown on April 18 at 11:52 p.m. on first offense DWI charges. Reports state Oddo was arrested on West Main Street while driving a 2010 Mazda.

Lisa Macedonio, 34, of Hicksville, was arrested on April 17 in Smithtown at 11:30 p.m. on petit larceny charges. Reports state Macedonio was arrested at the fourth precinct in Smithtown for an incident that took place on Burton Lane in Commack where police say she took a male Chihuahua.
