Smithtown: Custody Battle for Boy Orphaned in Murder-Suicide Hits St. James Streets
A custody battle over the orphaned son of Katie Farrell, who was allegedly killed by East Northport native and ex-boyfriend James Schultz in a brutal murder-suicide, is playing in St. James, where a local doctor's office has hung a banner supporting keeping the boy with the Farrell family.

Hauppauge: A family-owned Hauppauge pizzeria is under construction as it expand to take over a neighboring storefront. Construction workers were hard at work outside LoPiccolo's Pizzeria & Ristorante Thursday afternoon sanding a new wood storefront.
