Obituary: Former Commack Firefighter Steven Fedoris
Funeral Mass to be celebrated Monday at the Church of the Resurrection.
Steven Fedoris, a former Commack firefighter and retired NYPD officer died March 4 at the age of 85, according to an obituary printed in Newsday.
Fedoris, who later lived in Bayport, was an honorary chief and district manager of the Commack fire deparment. He is described as a cherished father of Pamela Albicocco and Drew, as well as an adored grandfather of Anthony and Steven.
His reposing will be held Saturday and Sunday from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the Commack Abbey, Inc. at 96 Commack Road, Commack. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. at Church of the Resurrection in. Interment will take place at Commack Cemetery.
