Dress Gala, which opened at the Northgate Shopping Center in February, is off to a running start.
Owner Diona Amen said that prom season has been a busy time for the dress boutique, which specializes in dresses for all occasions.
"We had a line for the fitting rooms," she said.
At just 25 years old, Amen is one of Commack's youngest entrepreneurs. She started Dress Gala as an online shop and soon opened the Commack storefront at 1143 Jericho Turnpike.
