5K Run Training

If you’ve ever dreamed of making it through the finish line but don’t know how to get started, this program is for you

• Designed for the beginner and to accomplish a 5K run (3.1 miles).
• Learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and choosing the right shoe.
• Classes meet for 8 weeks and will finish with a real race!
Program starts on Sunday, March 2!!

Group runs will be on Sundays at 9:30 and Wed at 4:30 pm
Strollers are welcome on group runs but not allowed on race day.
