Motiv8 is a music and multi-media based empowerment program designed specifically for teen girls and their moms. Through humor, music, personal stories and interactive exercises, Sheira teaches 8 effective skills to help young girls and their moms reduce stress, increase awareness, de-clutter their media centric minds, and improve communication.
