School Supplies Drive for Local Children in Need
Local retailer teams up with Boys and Girls Clubs of America.
Starting June 30, customers that visit Staples, located at 5003 Jericho Tpke. in Commack, can help a child in need by donating school supplies.
The school supplies drive will benefit the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, which has teamed up with Staples for the sixth annual Staples for Students drive to help children get the tools they need in time for class.
Until Sept. 28, residents can either donate money $1 or more with 100 percent of the proceeds benefiting local students at the Boys and Girls Club of Suffolk County, Inc. or donating supplies, such as pencils, pens, crayons, notebooks and more.
