House Hunt: Sellers Reduce Home Prices
As homes stay on the market, some sellers are dropping their price tags.
Though there are a good deal of new properties on the market in Commack, some homes have been on the market for months, and lowering the price has proved too much for some sellers, who are even changing realtors in hopes to try new strategies to get their home to sell.
