PHOTOS: Kings Park Bluff in Winter

Photos of Kings Park Bluff during Winter

The Kings Park Bluff is a great place to visit all year long. These are some photos I shot of the bluff on January 14, 2013. The bluff is located at the end of Old Dock Road, and requires a Smithtown town sticker for parking.

Your quite welcome. Can you send me your e-mail address to Fmerc1@optonline.net so that I can send you and the others a reminder of the meeting. Jan was the introduction meeting and discussed what we would like to do. Lots of interest and ideas. Feb we will do a workshop on still life. So bring what you think you will need to do some shots like tripod, camera and external flash if you have one. See you then

Frank, You have mail! Thank you very much John! I'm glad to hear you enjoyed them! I saw one seagull on each pole and thought it was a cool shot also. I was just praying one of them didn't fly away before I could set the camera for the right settings! Lol

Dear Luann, I just wanted to thank you for taking such amazing pictures of the bluff in san remo. They hold a special memory for myself and my family, my father who was in the navy past away oct. 1985 it was his favorite place to go. When he died we placed his ashes in the waters there so he would be at peace. Your photo's capture the beauty he saw and give me something to look at when i can not be there. again thank you. p.s. he was a photographer by trade. scott b.
