Funeral Info for Peter Fedden

An outpouring of love and sympathy from the Commack community has taken place after the untimely death of 29-year-old local business owner, Peter Fedden.

Fedden ran Commack Breakfast, a regular morning and lunchtime stop for residents for years. 

Many knew the young man as the friendly face behind the counter, who knew his customers on a first-name basis, but also as an example of what being a good neighbor is all about.

Fedden grew his hair out every year and then shaved it in March, after dyeing it green for a week to pay homage to the St. Baldrick's icon – a leprechaun. He also kept a a can in the shop, into which his regulars put change all year-long. The shop's Superbowl party pools went completely to charity, as well.

Burial

Fedden's body will be laid to rest at St. Charles Cemetery (2015 Wellwood Ave., Farmingdale) following the funeral Mass.
