Commack Ambulance installs new officers for the year

The Commack Volunteer Ambulance Corps held their annual installation dinner on February 1st 2014 at the Watermill. This is a joyous celebration that is held once a year to commemorate the volunteers who give up their time with family, friends and other events throughout the year to provide emergency medical care to those in need. This year 8 new officers and chiefs were sworn in during the ceremony. We would like to congratulate the following people: Chief of Department Tom Lowenberg, 1ST Assistant Chief Alan Groveman, 2nd Assistant Chief Bob Cavalieri, 3rd Assistant Chief Anthony DeTurris, and 4th Assistant Chief Patrick Daly. We would also like to congratulate the following officers: Treasurer Christopher Gallway, Sergeant At Arms Stephen Herrmann and Secretary Frank Morano. It will be an exciting new year for all with some fresh faces and new ideas on how to better serve the residents of Commack when they are In need.
