Mayfair Shopping Center Construction?

We were advised that a restaurant was being built in the Mayfair Shopping Center, but anyone we've asked doesn't know what kind of restaurant  it's going to be. I made a call to The Smithtown Building Department and was told "they didn't know, and that it may not be a restaurant". So, what's going up??
