PANHANDLERS ARE BACK!

BB, Neighbor

Saw a family today by Target (Vets Highway) with Dad holding a sign begging for money (right at a stop sign) while Mom and the kids melt in the heat! Saw two people giving them money and it's the typical scam as seen last summer!  Ignore them and keep on going. Totally disgusting watching these parents use their kids as ploys!
