Two cars collided head-on at an intersection on Larkfield Road in Commack Tuesday morning.
The accident occurred at about 10:30 a.m. in the intersection of Daly Road and Larkfield.
The Commack Fire Department, Suffolk County Police Emergency Services and officers from the second precinct responded to the scene.
Both drivers were taken Huntington Hospital with head, neck and back injuries, according to an EMS worker.
