Commack Teen Nabbed for Graffiti Spree

Suffolk County Police say Kevin Wegner, 19, is responsible for multiple vandalism acts dating back to 2011.

A Commack teen has been arrested and charged criminal mischief and making graffiti going back to summer 2011. 

Suffolk County police arrested Kevin Wegner, 19, on Monday and charged him with second-degree criminal mischief and two counts of making graffiti. He is being held overnight at the Second Precinct to await arrangement. 

Police said Wegner was arrested as result of an ongoing investigation by officers in the First and Third Precinct Crime section. The officers were looking into multiple reports of vandalism within the Town of Huntington dating back to 2011.

Wegner is expected to be arranged in Central Islip courts on Wednesday.
