Six people were arrested and a manager cited Thursday during a state liquor authority check at a Commack bar, police said.
Suffolk County police conducted the check at , at 6106 Jericho Turnpike at 11:50 p.m.
Scott Bejes, 28, of Kings Park, the bar's manager and bartender, was issued three citations; two for violations of New York State Alcohol Beverage Control Laws and one for a Suffolk County Sanitary Code violation, police said.
Two security guards, Jose Mejia, 22, of Oceanside, and Jamarr Williams, 24, of Brentwood, were aressted and charged with being unlicensed, according to police.
Four patrons of the bar were also arrested:
- Torrey Smith, 34, of East Northport, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
- Carla Donovan, 26, of East Northport, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
- Princena Degraffe, 27, of Central Islip, was charged with criminal possession of marijuana.
- Benito Delgado, 30, of Huntington Station, was charged with disorderly conduct.
All are scheduled to appear at First District Court in Central Islip at an undisclosed date.
