UPDATE: Missing Commack Woman Found

Seventy four-year-old, who reportedly suffers from dementia went missing Thursday afternoon.

A 74-year-old Commack woman, reportedly suffering from dementia, who went missing Thursday afternoon has been located and is unharmed, Suffolk County Police announced late Thursday night.

Suffolk County Police announced early Thursday evening that they are searching for a Commack woman who suffers from dementia, and was last seen driving her car around 1 p.m.

Police identified the woman as Marie Imbesi, 74, a Cherrywood Drive resident. According to authorities, she was last seen driving her white Cadillac Seville, which has a tan top and a New York license plate reading CFF-1497.

Imbesi is described as white, standing at 5-foot-4, 135 pounds. Police said she wears glasses, has light brown hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black jacket, tan plaid scarf, blue sweatshirt, blue jeans and white sneakers.
