Crime Log: 3 Charged with DWI

A look at recent arrests in Commack.

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

  • Jennifer Lehman, 27, of Greenlawn was arrested May 30 in Commack on DWI charge. Police said she was driving 2008 Toyota when she was involved in a crash on Indian Head Road at 11:12 p.m. No injuries were reported. Police indicted that this was her first offense.
  • Shai Fisher, 37, of Commack, was arrested May 27 on a DWI charge. Police said Fisher was driving east on Route 25 from Daly Road. Fisher was pulled over for speeding and than charged with DWI at 1:39 a.m. Police indicated that this was his first offense.
  • Neil Nembhard, 20, of Commack was arrested on a charge of DWI May 25. Police said Nembhard was driving on route 454 at 3:45 a.m. when he failed to maintain his lane of traffic. Police indicated that this was his first offense.
  • Joanne Weber, 44, of Selden, was arrested June 3 in Hauppauge on a charge of criminal contempt in the second degree, a misdemeanor. Police said Weber called a woman and threatened her. She was then charged with criminal contempt for disobeying an order of protection.
